Film as a Campaign Tool:
The Impact of Tegar in Campaigns and Communities
_edited.jpg)
Why Film?Why Now?
In today's fast-moving world, stories move faster than policies. People feel before they think, and act when they care. Film is the most emotionally compelling medium to bridge this gap — When we feel something, we remember it. When we see ourselves on screen, we begin to act. That is the power of storytelling. And that is what Tegar has done.

What Makes Film Powerful in a Campaign?
Stories can reach where policies cannot.
Unlike reports or posters, a film allows audiences to feel, not just understand. It invites discussion, reflection, and often — action. That’s why NGOs are now exploring film as a key pillar of social movement strategy.
Film as a Catalyst for Inclusion
* Promoting inclusive education in thousands of schools
* Opening family discussions on disability and empathy
* Advocating policy-level change in regional education departments
* Connecting NGOs, schools, and families through shared screenings and workshops

Case Study : Tegar
Tegar has become a tool for change.
Used by schools, educators, and communities, it has opened conversations about disability, resilience, inclusion, and acceptance — not only in classrooms, but in families and public spaces.
Core Campaign Themes

Inclusivity
Every child — regardless of ability, gender, or background — deserves access to education, support, and dignity.

Education
Learning is a fundamental right. Inclusive, empathy-driven education leads to stronger communities.

Family Role
Families are a child’s first teachers. Empowered parents foster acceptance, understanding, and resilience at home.
